The SMALEI – Sustainability Matrix for Adult Education Institutions – Erasmus+ funded project have released the SMALEI Workbook for Using the Sustainability Matrix. The workbook is practical tool for adult education professionals to evaluate their institution’s sustainability and to then act to improve it in various areas.
💡What can I do with the workbook and why is it useful?
The workbook is a tool that accompanies adult education professionals with their work to improve the sustainability of their organisations.
The workbook offers a collection of exercises and templates as practical support when planning and facilitating a process aimed at the development of your organisation. We hope it will help you facilitate a collaborative deep dive into your organisation’s current practices, uncover areas for improvement and inspire innovative approaches.
