20/11/2024
On 21 November 2024 from 13:00 to 14:00 CET, as a part of a webinar series hosted by YUVA, the SMALEI project will present the second session of its series of digital talks, focusing on Green Skills for Trainers and Staff. This webinar, moderated by the Polish NGO Trainers’ Association (STOP), helps ALE professionals develop the green skills needed to drive sustainability in their organisations.
The speakers Adam Markuszewski, from Leśne Spacery, and Ewa Smuk-Stratenwerth, from Ekologiczny Uniwersytet Ludowy will explore practical ways trainers and staff can embed sustainable practices into their work and foster an environmentally conscious culture within their institutions. Attendees will develop their sustainability skills and how to become key drivers of sustainability in ALE environments.
The SMALEI Digital Academy Talks offer an opportunity for professionals in ALE to learn from experts in the field, share experiences with peers, and learn strategies for reducing their institution’s ecological footprint. Each session will include a Q&A, to discuss how the presented ideas can be implemented in their own settings.
What’s coming up in the SMALEI webinar series?
These monthly webinars are part of an ongoing effort to encourage collaboration and innovation across the adult education sector in Europe. Each webinar focuses on a different aspect of sustainability, offering practical solutions and real-world examples.
The previous SMALEI’s webinar covered the Environmental Sustainability of Institutions, where expert speakers Gustav Fridolin, Eeva Furman, and Frédéric Ancion shared valuable insights on how ALE organisations can implement greener practices.
