YES Conference (II Edition): Youth Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas
Organised by: Tuscany Region and EARLALL
Last year, YES – Youth Entrepreneurial Spirit – was promoted by Giovanisì-Regione Toscana and by the Tuscany Region Brussels Liaison Office, as part of the EARLALL’s Working Group on Youth Policies coordinated by the Tuscany Region’s Ministry of Education, Training and Labour Policies. The conference revolved around regional initiatives to promote entrepreneurial culture and Entrecomp among young people, focusing on the school‑to‑work transition period and solutions for unemployment.
In its second edition, the YES conference will focus on Youth Entrepreneurship in Rural Areas under the motto “Ready to build a sustainable future,” revolving around three key topics:
- YES in rural areas as a catalyst for SDG achievement
- Digital opportunities for entrepreneurship in (not anymore) isolated areas
- The prism of entrepreneurship: SMEs, self-standing workers, cooperatives, social enterprises…
The event will count on the participation of regional representatives, EU institutions and active stakeholders in the field of youth entrepreneurship.
