EARLALL participates in the Interreg Europe Call 3 with two new selected projects

02/04/2025

We are pleased to announce that EARLALL will be participating in the Interreg Europe Call 3, with two projects selected for funding. This recognition highlights EARLALL’s continued commitment to fostering regional development through cross-border collaboration and innovative solutions. The Interreg Europe programme, co-funded by the European Union, aims to reduce disparities in development, growth, and quality of life across Europe’s regions. Running from 2021 to 2027, the programme is a vital tool for building a more inclusive and sustainable Europe.

Out of 206 project proposals received, the Interreg Europe Monitoring Committee approved 113 projects in the third call for project proposals. EARLALL is proud to be involved in two projects that were selected:

  1. Quality Apprenticeships for Evolving Labour Needs (QUEEN)
Lead Partner: Agency for the Development of the Empolese Valdelsa, Italy QUEEN aims to empower youth and adults with quality apprenticeships that adapt to evolving labour markets, creating inclusive, sustainable career pathways. The project focuses on driving policy improvements through expanding apprenticeships, integrating quality-enhancing measures, and strengthening governance at local and regional levels. The initiative will have a significant impact on apprenticeship adoption, improving employment outcomes and aligning with the European Framework for Quality and Effective Apprenticeships (EFQEA) criteria.
With the participation of EARLALL Members: Regional Government of Tuscany, Basque Country – Dept. of Education.
  2. Learning about the Educational Approach to Develop Excellence (LeadEx)
Lead Partner: General Directorate of Human Resources, Educational Planning and Innovation – Regional Ministry of Education, Vocational Training and Employment – Region of Murcia, Spain LeadEx focuses on improving regional public policies in education, with an emphasis on boosting excellence and inclusion, particularly for vulnerable groups. By tackling low educational levels that contribute to social and economic disparities, LeadEx aims to create more active, responsible citizens while promoting social cohesion and better socio-economic outcomes across Europe.
With the participation of EARLALL Members: Varaždin County.

These two projects align with the More Social Europe objective of Interreg Europe, focusing on key areas such as education, social inclusion, integration of third-country nationals, healthcare, culture, and sustainable tourism. EARLALL’s involvement in these projects continues its strong track record with the Interreg Europe programme, including the SKYLA project (Smart Specialisation Skills Ecosystems for the Twin Transition) selected in the first call and the SALAM project (Sustainable Accessibility to the Labour Market) selected in the second call.

As part of our ongoing mission to contribute to European regional development, EARLALL is excited to continue bringing together stakeholders from different regions to share knowledge, best practices, and innovative solutions.
